Since the new OS 10.3.9 update, Safari crashes when started. Some problems with Java were reported. In Apple's Knowledgebase you can find assistance to solve that issue.
You can solve the Java issue using Software Update. Apple released an update for the Java problem.

Join tracks in iTunesPosted by GuyMac
When you import a CD in iTunes it always adds spaces between tracks. When importing a live or mix CD these spaces are unwanted.
In iTunes you can select all these tracks on your CD and choose Advanced - join cd tracks in the iTunes menu. iTunes will now import the whole CD as one track.
